I have been practicing the sport of sailing for more than 20 years. I like the ideals that this sport teaches: competing at the highest level while respecting the environment and our opponents and always trying to optimize our boats and crews.

Maxi GP

Together with Team Django we won the 2025 Rolex World Title and Les Voiles de St Tropez. We’ve been racing in a first class fleet where 8 boats were competing together for the very first time. Our Crew has been re-confirmed and we can’t wait to start the 2026 Season!

Admiral’s Cup

Attending the Admiral’s Cup in already a privilege, in 2025 we claimed the 3rd place. Our Team is already planning to attend the 2027 AC edition, with a super experienced crew and with the most suitable boats. I’ll be again involved as a coach in the boat performances (either sails and rigging) and in the crew organization.

Switch

Thanks to my sponsors, my foiling background is always well trained in order to be ready to race in the Switch circuit, which is about to become one of the most important foiling classes in the sailing world.

As a coach and external analyst, I am called by professional teams to optimise the performance of the most important one-design boats, from the ClubSwan50 to the Waszp

Lisa, Ker46

With Lisa’s crew we sailed across the whole Mediterranean from the 2022 to the 2025, we won several events like SNIM, Giraglia, 3Golfi and we claimed the podium positions in many IRC and ORC main Championships. Aboard Lisa I’ve been in charge of the mainsail design together with the rig tune, I’ve been sailing as a mainsail trimmer and offshore helmsman.

ClubSwan50

Over the last three seasons, I have been coaching Team Django, where I have had the opportunity to be involved in the development of the upwind sails, working with the best sailors and sailmakers around the circuit

Middle Sea Race

In 2025, we came close to winning the IRC Overall with the famous Botin52 (formerly Caro), finishing second just 5 minutes behind the Maxi72 Balthasar, which managed to run away from us after the calm winds of Stromboli. However, this was still a positive edition for Team Django Deer, which proved to be among the most competitive in the Offshore specialties.

Manticore

As Tactician aboard the Mylius60 Manticore we won the well known Palermo-Montecarlo in the Maxi division. It was my job to assist a wonderful group of young and experienced sailors, ensuring that the Owner had a great time during the 500-mile race.

Match Race

After a long campaign focused on the historic discipline of one-on-one, we have reached the 2nd position in the world ranking list, we have also won the U23 World Championship in 2018.

Young Azzurra

In 2020, the Italian project to compete in the Youth America's Cup in Auckland took place, and I was entrusted with the role of Skipper and Team Principal, as well as Helmsman of the crew. The team consisted of the best group of up-and-coming Italian sailors, we have achieved numerous successes in the now renowned 69F circuit.

Maxi Yacht

In 2024 aboard the Wally82 we finished second at the Maxi World Championship in Porto Cervo, in the Maxi-1 category, the most competitive Maxi Yachts fleet in the world

Smeralda888

With Team BeCool, we competed in the exclusive Smeralda888 circuit, winning several races and finishing fifth overall in the circuit. As tactician, I was responsible for tuning the mast and assembling the crew, which was once again young and really competitive.

Waszp

With the support of the Circolo Nautico e della Vela Argentario I took part in the highest circuit of the Waszp Class, the most popular one-handed foil dinghy in the world. After winning an Italian championship and two editions of the prestigious Foiling Week I have been ranked amongst the world's top 10 from 2022 to 2024

69F

In 2022, I have been mainsail trimmer and tactician for the Swiss SDS Racing Team, with which I shared the experience gained in the past seasons with Young Azzurra. We have achieved two podiums including the first place in the season finale in Puerto Portals.

Swan45

For years, I have been summoned on professional boats to take part in high-level offshore and one design circuits. In the Swan45 class we achieved the third step of the podium at the class world championship, with a fleet of 16 boats, held in Palma de Mallorca in 2018.

Atlantic Ocean Crossing

Offshore regattas are fascinating because more and more owners and amateurs are participating. In 2018, | crossed the Atlantic in 13 days on a 72-foot Maxi, finishing third in the famous ARC-Regatta.

Melges32 & Melges20

Since 2016, | have been involved in one-design racing in the Melges class, as tactician and Team Manager I've achieved several podiums in both the Corinthian, and overall categories.

J70

Since 2017, I am regularly racing in the J70 one-design circuit, with the team G Spottino, we’ve participated in the American season by finishing 4th in the famous Bacardi Cup.
